Ok, second try with this method. I’ve got this MASTERED at this point! •Rub 24
hours in advance, bring to room temp 60-90 minutes prior to cook. Re-rub
generously right before you put them on. •3 hours meat up at 220 degrees
(160-165 internal) •Take off and wrap in foil, meat down in brown sugar, butter
and honey (eyeballed all of it, but generous amounts of each). This is going to
give your bark a nice caramelized coloring and a ton of flavor. •Place back on
rack meat down at 240 for another 2 hours (looking for a temp of around
195-200). •Remove from foil, coat with your favorite bbq ( thicker the better)
on both sides and cook meat side up for another hour or so.

Ask any competition cook, ribs are not supposed to fall off bone. This is
overcooked and will result in lower tenderness scores. Ribs should have a slight
pull, but not just pull straight out of the rack, and when you bite through, the
exposed bone should dry out immediately. This is a properly cooked rib. Fall off
the bone ribs is a marketing gimmick by BBQ restaurants. Because ribs take a
long time to cook, they're held in a hotbox or steam tray till someone orders a
rack. while sitting in steam tray or hotbox, they continue to cook till they are
fall off the bone. Ribs have a lot of fat in the meat, so even if overcooked,
they are still tender as the fat renders, but will get mushy if they sit too
long.

    PORK CANDY

Omg! I love to eat. Hands down one of the top 10 foods I’ve ever had.
Directions were tremendous and the video super helpful and picked up the
trick how to make a funnel with the aluminum foil which is a game changer
for grilling with liquids. Only comment is reiterating previous reviews that
indicated 6 hours might not be enough total cook time for meaty baby backs.
Next time I’ll increase total cook time by an hour or so. Bon appetite
    you’re gonna love these ribs!

    FALL OFF THE BONE

My buddies bought me a Traeger for my 50th. This recipe was my first and it
did not disappoint. At the 180 degree temp they were literally falling off
the bone. If too tender is a thing (and it is for comp style ribs) you can
increase temp. My wife said they were the best she’s had. She said Texas got
nothin on her hubby. After wrapping prep and smoke is done do not waste the
butter, honey, rub, brown sugar, and rib drippings from the tin foil.
Transfer to saucepan and simmer for delish sauce

    AWESOME RIBS

Bought my ribs from Costco and followed the recipe to the T! I used store
bought rub and Bullseye BBQ sauce. The apple juice really tenderized them
but next time I’ll try pineapple juice for sweeter taste. I have silverton
810 with the super smoker and smoked them for the first 3 hour which was
perfect for us. Anyway they turned out Awesome!

RIBS-CHICKEN-PULLED PORK FOR THE FOURTH OF JULY

The easiest and best way to cook ribs. I used this recipe for nine racks at
my annual family luau Fourth of July BBQ. I also did one of the Traeger
recipes for chicken. Both were delicious.
Being eighty years old now, I needed to find an easier way. Traeger made it
    so simple.

    SO EASY….THANKS TO DANIELLE!!!

I’ve made these ribs numerous times on my Traeger but this time was even
easier after I watched Danielles video segments. Excellent instruction
Danielle and I LOVED your trick on the “funnel” for the apple juice. Only
suggestion is we need a “trick” for getting the tinfoil off the grill when
you put the sauce on in step 7…..mine leaked everywhere…..mess for me but
    Fletcher(family pooch) loved it!!!
