TECHNICAL CONFERENCE



Taking place from 30 June – 2 July, Future Energy Asia 2021 Exhibition and
Summit is the only and largest event dedicated to Southeast Asia’s energy
transition and transformation. Endorsed by Thailand’s Ministry of Energy,
co-hosted by EGAT and PTT, the event drives the region’s dialogue, knowledge
sharing, innovations and project developments around the gas/LNG, renewables,
and power sectors.

The technical conference is attended by industry specifiers, technical & project
managers, and end users from across the energy matrix. Chosen papers and
presenters will have an excellent opportunity to showcase innovations and
success case studies to key decision makers actively leading Asia’s Energy
Transition projects.

PRESENTER GUIDELINES

 * Presenters will be selected from speaking proposals submitted to the
   Executive Committee. Early submission is important to ensure time to review
   the paper proposals. The deadline is October 2020.
 * Prior to submission, management clearance must be obtained. Any issues
   concerning clearance should be outlined.
 * All presenters will be expected to produce speaking notes in the form of
   power-points and will provide copyright release to dmg events for sharing
   with delegates.
 * A proper review of your presentation idea requires that it contain adequate
   information on which to make a judgment. It should be written in English and
   be no more than 500 words setting out the objectives and/or scope of the
   proposed presentation.
 * The proposed presentation must contribute to utility services or technology
   or be of immediate interest to the power and water industry. Ideally it
   should contain new knowledge or experience.
 * Commercialism or sales pitches in your presentation at the event is not
   acceptable. We provide topic suggestions to better indicate the kind of
   presentation we seek. Our focus is upon practical implementation of the
   energy transition and digital transformation strategies.
 * Future Energy Asia assumes no obligation for expenses by presenters for
   travel, lodging, food, or other incidental expenses.
