TERMS

You may cancel your attendance by notifying our registration department by email
at heroconf@brainlabsdigital.com; by December 19, 2021, for Hero Conf Austin and
by February 13th, 2022 for Hero Conf London. Your registration will be refunded
less a $100/£100 processing fee. Cancellations after the above dates are
non-refundable.

 

You may transfer your registration to another person in your company or
organization, free of charge, by notifying heroconf@brainlabsdigital.com,
however, you may not transfer your registration once your badge has been picked
up.

 

COVID-19 Policy: Attendance is only guaranteed upon proof of full COVID-19
vaccination to be provided to the Hero Conf events team. Masks are not mandatory
whilst at the conference, but are preferred. If you are holding a ticket but are
not fully vaccinated and do not plan to become fully vaccinated before the
conference is due to take place you can request a refund up to 1 month before
the conference takes place. Any refund requests made after this date will be
declined.

If you are exempt from having COVID-19 vaccinations and wish to attend the
conference, please reach out to heroconf@brainlabsdigital.com

Hero Conf may make changes to our COVID-19 policy at any time in line with
government and CDC guidelines. More updates  here.

 

Speakers and content are subject to change.

 

Brainlabs reserves the right to use photographs of any Hero Conf attendee in
promotional materials.

 

Brainlabs reserves the right to provide attendee email addresses to premiere
conference sponsors for pre-conference use.

What is your ticket refund policy?

You may cancel your attendance by notifying our registration department by email
at heroconf@brainlabsdigital.com by December 19, 2021. Cancellations after
December 19th, 2021 are non-refundable.

What does my pass include?

A Conference Pass includes all welcome events on January 30th, 2022 plus all
conference sessions, networking events, breakfast, lunch, receptions and
after-hours events on January 31st, 2022 and February 1st, 2022.


A Conference + Workshop Pass includes all the above items plus breakfast and
workshop sessions on February 2nd, 2022.



How do I receive my ticket?

Did you receive a registration confirmation by email? This is the guarantee of
your seat at the event. You won’t need a formal, physical ticket on-site, just
your photo ID to check against your name badge and event materials.


If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please contact our registration
department at heroconf@brainlabsdigital.com.



What is the event dress code?

Although we suggest that dress during the event is business casual and
after-hours is simply casual, the attire at Hero Conf matches the unique and
nerdy cross-section of the industry.

Common is jeans with a plaid shirt and blazer quickly followed by the golf shirt
and shorts. Let’s just say, we’re not going to kick you out for what you wear.
We’re here to learn and have fun.
