We’ll help you out with every step and take care of all the technical stuff. And here are a few things you need to keep in mind when applying for jobs: You will be represented as a U.S based individual, so great English skills are very important. You should have at least 3 years of experience as a software developer. There will be 2 or 3 interviews per job and it includes some live coding sessions and technical interviews. Of course, we’ll help you out on the fly. If you have a great portfolio online like GitHub and StackOverflow, it will be very helpful. Once we get the projects, we’ll do development work and you can take care of communication. So, you will need to join daily stand-ups and team sprints. You will still need to help us with daily stand-ups and sprint meetings. Of course, we’ll keep you updated with the project status every day and make sure everybody is on the same page. We’ll use Slack for communication and Notion/Google Doc for documentation and keep things organized. This way we can manage many projects at the same time and make a reasonable amount of money for both of us. How you will get compensated You’ll get paid on an hourly basis. And we’ll also give you some development work. The rate is $50~60/hour for interviews and $20~35/hour for development.
