As I’ve grown, I have learned to be myself. Which means being goofy, silly & sometimes probably a tad annoying, but I’m me. I love to make people laugh & always say if you can’t find anything, you can watch my videos. Learning to laugh at yourself is so important. But until you can, I don’t mind if you laugh at me. In the beginning, someone, I don’t know who. I don’t like to get all religious or scientific. Everyone believes in what they do. Gotta believe in something. What I believe is that in the beginning, dogs were created. And when that happened everything was good. Dogs are so amazing in like a million ways. They’re good therapy. And I feel like without my dogs. I don’t know who I’d be. Every day, my dogs make me laugh at the silliest things ever. They are serious. They are funny. They are a little bit of everything rolled up into the cutest furry kid with four legs. They have their own personalities and literally act like humans. In ways I’ve could have never even imagined. It’s my dog’s world. They are just sweet enough to let me live in it. Join me here as I write real true, funny, scary, sad & amazing things that go on in my life daily with dogs. GIVING BACK WHAT THE SWEETEST RESCUE GAVE ME! > How would you improve your community? I started my business, Almond’s Rainbow Connections, which included weekly lives, plus this blog you can subscribe to. I am hoping that when it takes off, I will be able to donate some of the money to different rescues. The whole business is in honor of the sweetest little rescue Cavalier girl, Almond Joyelle. She left this world way too soon. My heart broke & is still trying to make sense of it all. I needed to do something to help others. Because of Almond, I feel I am a better person. We may have physically rescued her, but she rescued us every day. R.I.P Almond Joyelle. You will always be remembered & all of this is for you.
