Deposits

We had a failure with one transaction resulting all other transactions to be
stuck, that failure was a result of the blockchain spam within the recent days.
Deposits have been restored and function fine now.
If you had an important ticket, please reopen it by answering on it as we had to
close all tickets, due to the amount of deposit tickets.
Withdrawals worked throughout the deposit outage period.

Abuse

Diese werden nach Bedarf erweitert, sind aber immer PGP-verifiziert.
Derzeit leiten alle Domains auf die Hauptdomain um, aber das kann sich in

Up to now we have run a very successful store, in which we now also give other
sellers the opportunity to offer their goods.

Since we could convince a lot of customers of our site in the course of time and
therefore have a large customer base, we are able to offer you the best possible
basis for your sales. All you have to do is to register on our marketplace and
send us a ticket with your dealer request. Everything else will be clarified in
a further conversation.

With us you have the opportunity to earn XP through successful trades. This way
you will move up in the level system and pay less commission to us in the
future.

For traders who already pay trader fees on other platforms, no monthly fee is
required.

For sellers who only sell with us, a monthly fee is required, which is set based
on your products.

In order to sell with us, you must clearly explain how you get the goods you
sell. (are you reseller or source)

When you contact us to sell with us, you should be serious. If you appear to be
unserious, you will not be accepted.

All trades are automatically processed through escrow. Any attempt to scamm
someone off or take us for fools will be punished with a ban.

We reserve the right to ban anyone who does not follow our rules.

Registration is currently open to everyone, but that will no longer be the case
once a certain number of people join. Once we feel that there are enough users
registered on the platform, further registrations will be by invitation only.
The invitation system is already implemented, but not yet activated.

With us NOBODY is preferred, no matter if seller or customer. Therefore, always
pay attention to the store rules of the respective vendor from whom you buy
something. As a customer you always have at least 1 hour to dispute your deal.
We always intervene only if a seller, for whatever reason, does not want to
refound.

A continuous video is mandatory with every seller, if you as a customer open a
dispute and the seller does not want to replace you for goodwill, the seller
ALWAYS gets right. You ALWAYS need a video to be able to ask for a replacement.

Sellers who do not replace several times despite sufficient evidence will be
excluded from our service in case of repetition.

After the time given by the seller has expired, you will not be able to open a
dispute, not even with a support ticket.
