you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the
following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your

In this Privacy Policy, the words “we”, “us”, “our” and similar expressions
refer to Factor, a British Columbia company that is the operator of the website
www.factormeals.ca and our related mobile applications in Canada (“our Site”).
This Privacy Policy is applicable to persons who access our Site on the internet
or access our Site or services via any web application, mobile application or
other platform or device.

By visiting or accessing our Site and/or our services, you acknowledge and agree
that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy, and consent to the
collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this
Privacy Policy. In most cases, we will ask you to provide explicit consent
(through agreeing to a revised version of this Privacy Policy) if we intend to
collect, use or disclose your personal information other than as described in
this Privacy Policy, however sometimes your consent may be implied through your
conduct with us.

directly to your mobile phone, we receive and store the information you provide,
including your telephone number or when you read a text message. You may opt out
of receiving text messages at any time by texting “STOP” to our text messages.

use of this Site will generally be transmitted to Google servers in the US and
saved there. As licensed by the owners of this Site, Google will use this
information in order to analyze your use of this Site, in order to compile
reports regarding the Site activity, and in order to render further services
associated with Site activity and internet usage to the owner of this Site. The
IP address of your browser as detected by Google Analytics will not be conflated
with other data from Google. You can choose to prevent the saving of cookie
files through the relevant setting in your browser software; we would however
like to inform you that you will in this case not be able to use all the
