LOW CARB SURVEY

According to Dr. Stuart Trager, Medical Director for Atkins Nutritionals Inc.
"Reports of the death of low-carb in Canada appear to have been greatly
exaggerated. With almost half the population indicating that they will be paying
attention to the amount of carbohydrates in their diet, it's clear that
Canadians are very conscious of the importance to health of not overdoing it
when it comes to carbs."

The survey by Pollara Inc also found that over 90% of those who are already
watching their carbohydrates intake say they'll keep doing so.

Pollara Inc. surveyed more than a thousand adults across Canada in the second
week of January. There is a 6% increase in the number of carb watchers this
year.

So it looks like the pundits are wrong again and low carb is off to a healthy
start this year too. If it works - do it!




LOW CARB BREAD
