Need any questions answered before checkout? Waited more than 20 minutes but
your package still has not arrived? Ask the community/staff on Discord, or for
payment support, submit a support ticket in our discord.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer a refund/return
possibility. This means all sales are final.

If you receive any kind of ban/blacklist from Hoodlife RP we are still unable to
offer you a refund. This is because by purchasing from our store, you
automatically agree to follow our terms of service. You also agree to our
no-refund policy automatically by purchasing any of our packages.

The only person who can approve a refund is Management or Hoodlife RP Owners.

Openings of chargebacks/financial claims against our services can/will lead to a
revocation of your package if necessary. Depending on the package, your
service/package may be resold to other members of the community.

This policy is viable to changes at any time without previous notice.
