OUR STORY

We met online in early March 2023. After a week of texting and talking on the
phone, I accepted an invitation from Adam for a date. We decided on a day date,
March 11, making Gibson Mill in Concord the place we would go to. That first
date ended up lasting 12 hours! We had lunch and a couple of cocktails then
decided to head uptown for a little St Patty’s Day bar hopping before heading
back to Concord for sushi at my favorite spot. I knew that date was different
than any other date I had ever been on. We had so much in common. We are both
business owners, single parents of teenage boys and our morals and beliefs
matched up perfectly. I was drawn to Adam’s zest for life and outgoing
personality immediately and our interactions were so easy. Those that know me,
know I tend to be reserved when first meeting someone, but Adam made me feel
comfortable from the start. I felt like I had known him a lifetime by the time
that first date ended. Adam called the very next morning and we talked about how
much fun we had and decided to delete dating apps and see where things went.

We quickly became best friends and falling in love came easy. We have fun
together in any situation and push each other to be a better version of
ourselves. Adam proposed at one of our favorite restaurants 6 months from the
first time we had a date there.

We consider ourselves blessed to have found each other and we are excited to
spend the rest of our lives together.
