WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ZKWETH AND WETH? ZKDAI AND DAI? ZKMATIC AND MATIC

WETH, DAI, and MATIC are assets that exist on Polygon (POS). Before these assets
can be used in private transactions, they have to be moved to the Nata Network
(L2) - This process is called "shielding". When WETH/DAI/MATIC is shielded, it
becomes zkWETH/zkDAI/zkMATIC. When a "zk" asset is withdrawn from the Nata
Network, it reverts back to it's original form.


WHAT ASSETS AND CHAINS DOES ZKPAY CURRENTLY SUPPORT?

As of v4.0.0, ZKPay supports the following:

HOW LONG DOES A TRANSFER USUALLY TAKE?

Deposits, Private Sends, and Private Swaps
Nata's rollup posts blocks every 7 hours on average. User balance could be be
outdated until the block settles.
Fast Withdraw
After finalizing your transaction, payments are sent within 60 seconds using
ZKPay's LP pools.


WHAT ARE THE SPENDING LIMITS?

Nata Network limits deposits/transfers to 5 WETH or 10,000 DAI or 10,000 MATIC.

Additionally, there is a limit to how many transfers Nata Network can process
per rollup block. If you encounter an "insufficient pool balance" error, please
try again after the Nata Network settles it's rollup block.


WHY ARE THERE SO MANY METAMASK MESSAGES TO SIGN? HOW DO I KNOW THESE ARE SAFE?

At every step of every transaction, ZKPay will always explain why your signature
is required.

For example, there are 3 signatures required to withdraw zkWETH to a Polygon
address:
 1. Create a privacy key allowing ZKPay to decrypt your rollup balances.
 2. Reserve pool balance - Lock in transfer intentions by reserving required
    WETH from ZKPay's LP pool.
 3. Create a spending key allowing ZKPay to transfer your zkWETH.

Ensure that you are talking with an official admin and not a
scammer/impersonator. ZKPay staff will never ask for access to your
computer/wallet or direct you to another site to fix your issue.
