Sentencing Outcome for Rachel's Assault

I'm happy to report that Rachel's assailant is getting a lot more time, DOC time
next, aka prison.  And yet, the variety of issues we see after all this reveal
how tough it would be for a domestic violence victim who can't/won't speak up
for themselves - since that is just the tip of the iceberg in finding a solution
- let alone justice.  There are so many ways that violence can be swept under
rug or reflected as far less dangerous - when only the defendant gets a
state-paid lawyer.  

AZ has better support for victims of domestic violence than other states,
including a Victim's Bill of Rights that's inspired many other states, the new
POINT program for Protective Orders and Notification, and some terrific people
in the system like her victims advocate et al.  But there remain many gaps we'd
like to point out - and all organizations have people who seem to do as little
as possible - don't engage their minds let alone hearts to improve things.  

Our justice system provides an attorney for the defendant at taxpayer expense,
while the victim is represented less directly by a state prosecutor who - in
looking after the safety of many in the state - records language which SEEMS it
ought to describe what occurred in her attack, but this is misleading.  As part
of the legal bargaining process - a record now suggests something very different
from what occurred, calling it "non-dangerous" and "non-repetitive" and even an
"attempted attack" yet her bloodied face, twice broken nose, eye and car
interior show it wasn't merely attempted.

Between bargaining, legalizing language and a crafty, creative and
well-connected defense with a prosecutor who talks in circles or is won't meet,
one can feel the victim isn't on level playing ground when a defendant's
attorney is tasked with finding ways to get their client out sooner and with
less negative impact for their misdeeds.  IF the victim herself had a state
funded attorney working on her behalf as creatively and well-established as the
defense, UK records could've been sought among many other things.

The prosecutor COULD do the work of digging up what is on record in the UK about
this admitted assailant.  But it's easier to not know and declare this a
non-repetitive offense since we don't know whether he has other violent attacks
on record in the UK.  He did change his name.  

Putting language on record which does not accurately reflect what occurred,
doesn't seem like it helps protect community.  We're supposed to accept this
because 'it's how the system works.'  How can we feel safe knowing now how
misleading  records can be, since in this case, her severe beating is
categorized as "non-dangerous" and non-repetitive because we simply don't know
what her attacker's record shows in the UK.  
We did find rants he posted online wherein he describes all of humanity as not
being worthy of living.  !!!  And we've witnessed how any small thing that can
be twisted to his benefit is amplified, while lies flow so liberally one wonders
if the fellow knows which way is up - including of course shifting blame/not
taking responsibility for his actions.  

She's been up against a lot through this, and together we've learned how tough
it must be for women who have no where to go, or face tremendous danger by
speaking up for themselves.

Next I imagine the defendant will find ways to question or attempt to change the
sentence, since Arizona would probably have to pay for such endeavors.
 Meanwhile the UK embassy is also trying to help him - even though he's
published video of himself explaining how he'll hypnotize his UK counselor to
pay him to stay home and receive benefits, since he'll pretend he has mental
issues... He goes on in other videos to proclaim humanity as unfit for life.  

All the world is a stage?  For those with empathy only for themselves, without
conscience, and burdened with feelings of grandiosity, relationships with real
people can be treacherous for those people.  Is this what happens to someone who
opens himself to other 'realms' with drugs and other spiritist/syncretist
attempts to feel transcendant - without recognizing their own mortality - let
alone accurately assessing their needs?  Being intelligent isn't always enough,
though it can repurpose crocodile tears of regret for being caught to appear
like tears of repentance.

Here's my briefing of an already brief 12minutes or so from Dr. Wendy Myers who
does pitch her product at the end.  

My summary ensues; 

Glyphosate Class Action win of $289million; against Monsanto, Dr. Wendy Myers of
Myers Detox explains the harms of glyphosate;

Glyphosate disrupts the Shikimate Pathway which is responsible Folates or
B-vitamins like B-9, (Carbon-19, Hydrogen-19, Nitrogen- 7, Oxygen-6) and amino
acids like phenylanine, tyrosine (needed for neurotransmitters norepinephrine,
epinephrine, dopamine - a major 'feel good') impacting (thyroid, energy, mood),
and tryptophan - the basis for another 'feel-good' endocrine system component;
serotonin. Glyphosate harms liver and kidneys especially, among other organs. 

Essential minerals that are chelated or excreted, making one more vulnerable to
heavy metals build-up, (like nickel!?), kills beneficial gut bacteria and harms
reproduction.  Glyphosate increases antibiotic resistance.  A U. Of Washington
study shows cancer risk increased 41%, also non-Hodgkins Lymphoma - for which a
victim was awarded $289million - $250million punitive, the rest actual
expenses/damages of nearly $40million in a class action win against Monsanto. 

Dr. Stephanie Senna found that glycine (essential for detox) is displaced by
glyphosate. Glyphosate also disrupts muscle activity and enzyme responses,
correlates with increased non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, liver can’t convert
food to glucose as effectively, disrupting blood sugar regulation. Gut bacteria
imbalance can lead to inflammation, leaky gut, yeast infections, food
sensitivities. In the gut, glyphosate binds to Sulphur, cobalt, iron, manganese
and zinc in gut causing pyrrholuria (sp?) which inhibits ability to detoxify,
and suppresses hormones and neurotransmitters along with stomach acid leading to
poor nutrient absorption - especially of protein/aminos.

3 (or 4 INGREDIENT) foods that mainly contain it; GMO soy, ALL US wheat,
non-organic corn, 95% oats.

Why does it matter so much whether DNA is altered?  Many believe that one's
natural, original DNA is inextricably linked with their identity in a timeless
or generational realm.  Others feel it is in fact how they're identified in
Heaven, being name found on 'the list' of those invited or allowed to enter.
 Meanwhile we know that the variety of radiation can damage DNA, as can other
environmental conditions, so what's the fuss?  Well, people don't like being
lied to - especially by large, powerful, forcefully coercive campaigns that
shame and frighten.  And, DNA is presently used as identifying evidence - so it
is plausible that there are more metaphysical aspects we the people can't
entirely articulate yet but know in our knowing being.  And the fact that it's
been such a source of contention publicly, in the media, seems to confirm this
concern.

This incident spurs me back to Patreon. Eagle Investigation has learned so much
about seemingly easily prevented safety issues & gaps in the system which was
meant to protect domestic violence victims. In a variety of ways, we see now how
abusers slip through and RE-offend. The latest update is that the original
offense is now filed as a felony and Endangerment added, resulting in at least 3
felonies total, yet STILL, the chap might be easily bonded out it seems... so

Breaking story from real life, AZ:




What a crazy drama we have here, my pal with whom I just attended our 35-year
High School reunion in Holland, Michigan, was attacked by her guest from the UK,
one Aaron Berry who's been a charming conversationalist with her for some 5
years now. Mr. Aaron Berry seems to have a following as Awakened Brave or
something, not so brave when it comes to jokes about size.




It seems a general, small quip was a trigger - though not aimed at any
individual. As I'm piecing it together - Berry went ballistic in the passenger
seat while she was driving on the highway in Sedona...striking her eye, nose,
face, dashboard and windshield with his fists, in a blinding rage.




He assaulted her to the extent of permanent hemorrhaging damage to her eye and
broken nose - which required confirmation by appropriate doctors BEFORE it had
the legal meaning of FELONY as opposed to MISDEMEANOR. A felony should've kept
him safely in jail until his court date on the 30th, but so should've the UK
flight risk. The misdemeanor label enabled less careful handling of this
unpredictable gent, who, upon triggering, is liable of endangering himself and
others in a vehicle being driven at highway speeds. The damage done to his
beautiful host's face, (#rachelreenstra's in every sense a host since she's been
a television host on Discovery Channel shows and now enjoys giving tours in
Sedona).




Anyhow, I've arrived to support her, walk through the safety considerations, not
the least of which, it seems one Judge Lundy released the bloke, (Berry), in his
bloody shirt - who then hitch hiked to Prescott. He's now working on retrieving
his belongings from his victim/host's home but must legally have police escort
and is hitchhiking - without funds/phone/etc. He's described as 6'3" blond, blue
eyes, long dark blond hair, muscular with a British accent and rather lucky to
have JUST gained freedom while the report says Misdemeanor.




One interesting thing we find is that she wasn't given the opportunity to see
nor sign the report about her assault - as was the case BEFORE the pandemic.
Apparently since these emergency measures were enacted - a victim's signature
can be replaced by writing COVID - relieving the victim of their rights or
opportunity to read and approve/agree with the report.




Another systemic, longer standing problem is that of the system not being
responsive on the weekend, so she can’t file a Protective Order or request
records until Monday. Judge William N. Lundy apparently favored the British
traveler’s release on Friday evening, rather than the safety of Sedona’s own
D’Vine Detours business owner. Neither the Victim’s Right representative she was
told to expect immediately nor any other advocate is available until Monday,
while self-admitted assailant Aaron Berry is free to hitchhike. We have also
attempted to get his belongings to him through a 3rd party or Police Station and
no one has facilitated that - which leaves the victim in possession of what the
assailant intends to retrieve - on the weekend.




The arresting officers said they didn't know why they were still doing it that
way other than it does allow them to pursue domestic violence abusers when the
victim is too afraid - and makes the process "easier and faster." But in this
case, the victim, after recovering from shock, would like her civil rights and
victim rights. She hasn't received the appropriate, expected/ promised phone
calls nor notifications about her assailants release nor her rights as a victim.
She spent the night in the hospital, then went to an eye doctor to find out the
extent of damage and presently can't see much out of her injured eye...




I don't know the definition of a psychotic break, but I do see a variety of
problems with the system here - where "emergency measures" enable an unstable,
charming while violent person to roam freely - and without much to work with
legally - the assailant himself would be better off in jail at this point rather
left to fend for himself with little more than the bloodied shirt on his back.




She explained he had become frighteningly quiet and even left her for days
during their vacation in Tenerife years ago. During this present visit, he
expressed he possessed violent feelings about her chihuaha, who was in the SUV
when the attack occurred.




Hopefully he's just out of medication, but be wary of any charming chap bearing
a thick British accent, and a bloody shirt - and no I didn't take this from
#BabylonBee, this is real life!




We expect he’ll flee on his 6/25 flight to the UK if out on bond, we’d like to
learn whether his passport is scanned before his court date. We could use some
help for legal and medical costs.
