TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR INFORMATICA WORLD

The following Conference Terms and Conditions (“Event Terms”) apply to Your
participation in Informatica World (the “Conference”). These Event Terms apply
to all participants at the Conference, including exhibitors, sponsors, and
attendees. Given the evolving nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, related health
and safety terms are subject to change.

COVID-19 REGULATORY CONSIDERATIONS

Your well-being is our priority. Here’s what we’re doing to protect your health
and peace of mind so you can focus on getting down to business.

We will abide by industry best practices for live events while also adhering to
guidelines published by the CDC, WHO, local health authorities and the Venetian
Hotel to allow guests to come together safely. Protocols will include:

 * Informatica will require proof of vaccination for all attendees, employees
and staff via your government-issued vaccination record. This information
will not be recorded by Informatica.
   * For Informatica World, fully vaccinated is defined by: having received all
recommended doses of a COVID-19 vaccine that has been authorized or
approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or is listed for
emergency use by the World Health Organization (WHO), then you are
considered to be fully vaccinated. Boosters are not required.
   * Attendees are responsible to ensure that their vaccine and proof of
vaccination is sufficient to meet travel requirements. Specific guidance
for entrance into the U.S. can be found here.
   * To provide proof of vaccination, the following processes will be in place
to ensure entry to the event is as smooth and efficient as possible.
     * U.S. & Canada based attendees: will be required to sign up for CLEAR app
and complete their COVID-19 proof of vaccination before arriving to the
event. Further instructions on CLEAR will be provided closer to the
       event.
     * Attendees from other countries and those not using the CLEAR app: must
present either a digital or physical copy of their government-issued
vaccine record. Vaccine records must clearly state the following: full
name, type of vaccine administered, date when the vaccines were received,
location where vaccine was administered. In addition to providing a copy
of their vaccine record, attendees will need to provide a
government-issued photo ID that matches the name on their vaccine
       record.
   * Unfortunately, no exceptions will be made to vaccination requirements for
any reason. However, we will be providing a virtual program and invite you
     to register for virtual attendance.
 * Health Self-Assessment: We will ask all attendees to take a health
self-assessment before attending the event, and to acknowledge prior to
entry, but you do not need to provide detailed responses to this
self-assessment to the company. The health self-assessment is a screening for
common COVID-19 symptoms and known exposure risks. This assement will be done
in the CLEAR app or for those not using the CLEAR app, via a third-party
vendor at the event. This information will not be collected or recorded by
   Informatica.
 * All programming areas have been designed taking into consideration a variety
of comfort levels. Sanitization stations will be set up throughout the
   space.
 * WAIVER: An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place
where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that
can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease
Control and Prevention, senior citizens and Guests with underlying medical
conditions are especially vulnerable. By attending this event you voluntarily
assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. Informatica will continue
to monitor local case infections. Changes in CDC or local guidance may cause
Informatica to postpone or modify the event based on the ability to safely
   gather.

Our Promise:
Informatica promises forthright communication based on guidelines set by the CDC
and applicable local health authorities at the time of the event and will adhere
to those guidelines. Our pandemic response team regularly reviews several key
COVID-19-related metrics such as daily new infection rates to guide event safety
decisions. We will continue monitoring public health guidance, such as WHO/CDC,
and our peers to understand and implement controls that keep all attendees and
staff safe.
