Having now had 20 years of experience, I look forward to providing you with a
quality service which can assist you to make positive changes in your life.

Psychological therapy is about improving what you can control.  Sometimes the
problems you are having just doesn’t go away, despite your best efforts or help
from family and friends. This is when it can be useful for you to speak with a
clinical psychologist to find out why you respond the way you usually do. At
times, this process can be challenging, but the outcomes are very rewarding.

I provide a confidential, supportive and comfortable environment to help you to
understand why you are experiencing negative emotions or behaviours. With
greater self-awareness of thoughts, patterns and actions comes greater
confidence.  I can help you to focus on strategies that will bring about
positive changes.  These strategies can assist you on a journey to a happier,
healthier, relaxing and even a more productive life.

Following a comprehensive psychological assessment, a tailored treatment program
comprising of evidence-based strategies will be implemented to assist the
