COMMERCIAL DEHUMIDIFIER SPECIALISTS

WE STRIVE TO CONSTANTLY IMPROVE THE DEHUMIDIFICATION PROCESS AND REDUCE PRODUCT
DRYING TIME. WE ARE TRUE SPECIALISTS IN BOTH INDUSTRIAL DEHUMIDIFICATION AND
ACCELERATED DRYING.

These solutions vary in complexity from the simple addition of a standard
desiccant dehumidification unit to complete production suites and more complex
installations.

This has involved - for example – the design, manufacture and supply of complete
confectionery drying ovens and associated dehumidification equipment and
services; to the provision of dehumidification plant, associated cooling plant,
steam systems, ducting and controls for a complete carpet underlay drying
system. In this second example, we successfully reduced drying time of foam
underlay from 5 days to one and a half minutes. Not a mis-print. One and a half
minutes.

The storage and warehousing of goods, including paper, textiles, furniture,
steel products, wood and ammunition to name a few, require different control
conditions. Consequently, the installation of a dehumidification system that
will maintain a constant relative humidity all year round, is the correct
solution for storing these materials.

Lack of humidity control in drying processes can invariably create bottlenecks
in manufacturing. This will cost a business time, money and potentially occupy
storage space.
