MOLLY MYERS, J.D.


ATTORNEY 

Molly established the Myers Law Group for the purpose of providing exceptional
legal services to older adults confronted with the unique challenges associated
with aging. She is committed to understanding her client’s needs through careful
listening, thorough assessment and collaboration with other professionals as
needed.

Molly carefully explains the “why” behind the guidance she provides and has the
unique ability to simplify complex matters so clients do not feel lost in the
process.
Likewise, she enjoys educating families on the legal considerations in caring
for older adults and the programs that help pay for Long Term Care. She believes
that good counsel enables clients to make better decisions, avoid costly
mistakes and keep stress at a minimum.

MIKE SAPP


CERTIFIED MEDICAID PLANNER / CASE MANAGER 

Mike is an experienced, dedicated member of the Myers Law Group. What he enjoys
most about his position is helping clients secure a means of paying for their
medical and long-term care needs while minimizing the stress on family members.
He understands every person has their own unique story, circumstance and set of
concerns. Mike sees a problem as an opportunity to serve and stands ready to
meet our client’s needs. 

Over the past 23 years Mike has successfully helped thousands of seniors, baby
boomers, and their families navigate the LTC Medicaid eligibility process. He
assists in the implementation of each customized attorney/client eligibility
plan and monitors the status of all pending client applications until approved.

Additionally, Mike holds an AHIP certification in helping clients get the most
from their  Medicare benefits. He assists with questions concerning both
Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans along with rules dealing with
enrollment. 

Mike and Frances have been married for 33 years and together they raised a son
and two daughters. He is active in his church and is a participant of Bible
Study Fellowship, International.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

As the friendly voice that greets most callers to our office, Fran takes care of
scheduling appointments, assists in the preparation of legal documents and keeps
clients up to date on the status of their case.

Fran recognizes that clear and direct communication is key to client
satisfaction and is dedicated to providing excellent service to every individual
who interacts with our firm.

She is consistently working behind the scenes making sure The Myers Law Group
runs and operates smoothly.
