Our mission is to educate, enlighten and empower  individuals to be their
own best advocate when it comes to their health and well-being. We help you
enjoy life more through consultation and bio-energ etic re-balancing utilizing
the Qest4 Bio-Energetic scanning system.
Rita Shimniok is the founder of Purely Living Wellness and is passionate about
YOUR health!  When traditional approaches fall short, or you feel like your
doctors are not really hearing what you are describing, we can help you look for
answers from a new perspective using the Qest4 bio-energetic scanning system. We
effectively utilize your body's own energy with the most sophisticated and
accurate technology available in functional medicine. Your body is always
working on your own behalf to heal itself.  Developed through the science of
Nikola Tesla, Dr. Reinhard Voll and others who pioneered frequency and quantum
physics, the Qest4 is able to remove the guesswork in determining the root cause
of imbalances, and remove practitioner bias in doing so. The Qest4 system
recognizes that the body contains several energetic pathways that are
inter-connected - biological, emotional and spiritual.  Before wellness can be
restored sometimes we need to address each of these pathways versus just one.
The Qest4 determines what your body is ready to work through - to learn more

Beginning in 2022 our services and in person classes will be offered only to
those who are members of The High Vibration Life Club Private Membership
Association. Those who have been actively served by Purely Living Wellness in
2022 have had the $5 lifetime membership fee waived.  ($10 per household). 
Membership provides access to all of the educational articles and recipes
available on this site. Members will receive a site password upon receiving your
approved PMA application.

Meet Rita Shimniok, the founder of Purely Living Wellness.


What gives me joy about the work I do: 
Knowing that I am making a difference in people's lives, one individual or one
family at a time. My work is not a "job", but my God-directed purpose, and that
brings joy. My own children lost their father at a young age.
Diagnosed with terminal cancer, we learned late in his journey, through Qest4
Bio-Energetics, that he also had advanced Lyme disease. We learned about this
amazing technology too late in his journey, but his legacy lives on in my work.
My desire is to help people enjoy their families and the best way to do that is
to be balanced through mind, body and soul. - R. Shimniok
