   Christian Horner OBE is the CEO and team principal of Oracle Red Bull Racing.
   His path to the top of Formula One (F1) management began behind the wheel, as
   a talented young racer. After rising through the ranks to Formula 3000,
   Christian founded the Arden International Race Team at the age of 25 and
   quickly built the squad into a formidable winning machine. When Red Bull
   Racing was formed in 2005, the late Red Bull co-founder Dietrich Mateschitz
   asked Christian to become the team principal, making him the youngest person
   to head an F1 team. In 2022, Christian led the team through substantial
   racing regulation changes and the introduction of an all-new car, the RB18,
   which—in the hands of drivers Max Verstappen and Checo Pérez—won the
   Constructor and Driver championships. In 2023, the RB-19 delivered the most
   successful season in the team’s and F1 history with a record of 21 races won
   out of 22. As he enters his twentieth season at the helm of Oracle Red Bull
   Racing, Christian is the most experienced team principal on the grid with a
   proven ability to compete for—and win—championships. During his tenure, the
   team has established its place at the top of the F1 pecking order, having
   accumulated more than 100 victories and 260 podium finishes.
