Stefania Foundation entry in the Charity Commission

The registration process has been more demanding than usual due to the potential
large scale and high value of medical equipment that will be sent to hospitals
in Ukraine during a time of war.

Following our initial submission they responded by presenting us with a list of
questions and observations which we needed to answer within a 4-week period.

However, the Trustees and I believe that this will make us a stronger charity as
we grow in the future.


WE ARE ABOUT TO LAUCHED IN THE UK.

Its purpose will be to provide Humanitarian Aid for Ukraine:

 1. New high-quality Medical Equipment supplied to Hospitals to enable
    Surgeons/Nurses save lives

 2. Develop an advanced cloud-based software platform that will provide Mental
    Health online services in

3 Areas: a) Self Help,
b) Listening/Peer Support and c) Counselling.

The purpose is to create additional capacity in Ukraine for Mental Health

WHO WE ARE AND OUR STORY

Our founder, who has many Ukrainian friends, quickly became aware of the
challenges faced by people in Ukraine and the difficulties they encounter living
here. As a result, we aim to use your donations to improve medical equipment in
Ukraine and provide extended support at home.



STEFANIA FOUNDATION TARGETS

OUR PRIMARY TARGET

- Upgrade medical equipment in specific medical facilities to meet NHS and HMBF
standards as soon as possible. 

- Ensure that our Ukrainian guests receive extended medical services and
additional support, such as assistance in integrating into the working
community.

IS THIS LEGIT?

We highly value your trust and are committed to transparency. We go above and
beyond to provide our members with comprehensive oversight of all projects and
challenges. Members can view donation amounts and see when and where resources
are utilized, all while ensuring the security of stored data. Some consented
data is necessary for optimal support, and this information is securely stored
to the highest standards and accessible only with user approval and by
authorized individuals. As a certified charity organization, we are controlled
and monitored accordingly. We are also supported by leading organizations such
as the NHS.



STRUCTURED MANAGEMENT

 We have put a lot of effort into the structure of our administrative
organization. In the initial phase, the foundation will operate in England,
promptly followed by the whole of the UK. With positive feedback, we will expand
into Europe in the near future. Therefore, a solid structure is required from
day one.
