SAFE ZONES | المناطق الامنه

No kidnapping, robbing or using weapon in these zones and It is forbidden to
escape to these areas if you are chased by the police. Current zones: Hospitals,
Garages, Impounds , Police station , Cityhall , Apartment's
يمنع الاختطاف أو السرقة أو استخدام السلاح في هذه المناطق ويمنع الهروب إلى هذه

RDM (RANDOM DEATHMATCH) | (القتال العشوائي) RDM

No attacking or engaging in combat with another player without proper initiation
يمنع القتال او الهجوم أو الدخول في قتال مع لاعب اخر في حال لم يكن لديك سبب مقنع
أو دافع لذلك


VDM (VEHICLE DEATHMATCH) | ( الصدم العشوائي ) VDM

No using a vehicle to attempt to or kill another player with out a reason
يمنع استخدام المركبة لصدم وقتل مواطن بطريقة عشوائيه دون سبب


COMBAT LOGGING | تسجيل الخروج

No quitting the game mid-scene in the server to avoid a punishment or outcome
that would not favor you
يمنع الخروج من المدينة وانت في وسط اللعب (المطاردة أو السناريو أو السرقة )
لتجنبك العقوبه التي لن تكون في صالحك


FAIL RP | فشل التمثيل

Make sure you keep the quality of your RP high always. For example if you get
shot, RP your injuries. No talking outside of the realm of your character
تأكد من الحفاظ على تمثيلك الصحيح بصورة عاليه دائما مثلا اذا تعرضت للأصابه قم
بتمثيل الاصابه لك ولا تتكلم خارج اطار الشخصية


EXPLOITING | الاستغلال

No abusing game mechanics for your own personal gain. For example, duplicating
items or using emotes to go through doors. Report all exploits!
يمنع استخدام ثغرات اللعبه لصالحك مثلا لا تقم بعمليات التدبييل او استخدام الحركات
للعبور من الابواب أو استخدامها في القتال , قم بالابلاغ عن المخرب في حال وجد


NVL (NOT VALUING LIFE) | (عدم تقدير الحياة) NVL

في اللعبه انت تقوم بتمثيل دور شخص حقيقي لذلك تعامل مع الامر كما تفعل في حياتك
الواقيه مثل تقييم حياتك في المواقف الصعبه لتجنب الموت


NLR (NEW LIFE RULE) | (قاعدة الحياة الجديدة) NLR

After your character is killed (flat backed), you are not able to remember the
actions leading up to it and cannot act on those actions even if told
في حال تعرضك للقتل التام فلن تتمكن من تذكر أي اجراءات او احداث التي ادت بك لذلك
ولا يمكنك التصرف بناءا على رد الانتقام حتى لو تم اخبارك بالاحداث


CAMPING | التحفظ أو التخييم

You are not able to camp a dead body from a scenario in order to prevent
emergency services from retrieving it
يمنع الاحتفاظ او تخييم جثة من سيناريو ما لمنع معالجتها في حال تم الانتهاء من
السيناريو


SUICIDE RP | الانتحار

This is strictly prohibited due to the implications it could have on someone's
mental health that may have dealt with this IRL
هذا محظور تماما نظرا للاثار التي قد تترتب على الصحة العقلية لشخص ما ربما تعامل

TORTURE/SEXUAL ASSAULT | التعذيب/الاعتداء الجنسي

HOSTAGES | الرهائن

Any hostages used cannot be affiliated with you, your group, gang, etc. This
should be a random stranger on the street. EMS cannot be taken hostage

غير معروف شخصيا وان يكون غريبا عنك اي من الشارع ويمنع خطف المسعفين كرهائن


CORRUPTION | الفساد

All players that are employed as police or EMS are not allowed to be corrupt
(for now), if you have a scene you would like to act out for this please make a
ticket

ROBBERIES | السرقات

You must have a valid reason to rob someone, you are not allowed to go around
robbing random players for your own personal gain

BODY DUMPING | اغراق الجسم

This is strictly prohibited as it is a waste of time and offers no benefit to
roleplay, cannot pick up a dead body and take it out into the ocean

You are not allowed to gain something in the server via purchasing it with IRL
money from another player and you get ban
يمنع الحصول على شيء في المدينه عن طريق شرائه بالاموال الحقيقه من لاعب اخر وسيتم
محاسبتك بالباند النهائي


REDUCE POINTS | تقليل النقاط

Points will be removed from the player if he violates the basic rules in the
city and at the discretion of the supervising administrator or the person
responsible for the situation
يتم حذف النقاط من اللاعب في حال مخالفته للقواعد الاساسيه في المدينه وحسب تقدير
الادمن المراقب أو المسؤول عن الموقف


PERMANENT BAN | الحظر الدائم

The player is completely banned if his points reach zero and is prevented from
entering the city until he purchases the points from the city store within a
maximum period of 20 days. He is allowed to enter the city directly if the
points are purchased, even if it is an hour after his permanent ban. Note: The
minimum value for purchasing points is 3 points worth $50
يتم حظر اللاعب بصورة تامه في حال وصول نقاطه الى الصفر ويمنع من دخول المدينة لحين
شرائه النقاط من متجر المدينة خلال فترة اقصاها 20 يوم ويسمح له بالدخول للمدينة
مباشرة في حال تم شرائه للنقاط حتى لو كان بعد ساعه من حظره الدائم , ملاحظة :- اقل
قيمة لشراء النقاط هي 3 نقاط بقيمة 50 $


FINAL BAN | الحظر النهائي

The player will be permanently banned from the server if he receives three
permanent bans from the city
يتم حظر اللاعب بصورة نهائية من السيرفر في حال حصوله على ثلاث مرات للحظر الدائم
من المدينة


TRANSFER OF PROPERTY | نقل الممتلكات

It is prohibited to transfer property from one player to another for any reason,
and those responsible will be held accountable by withdrawing property and
reducing band points
يحظر نقل الممتلكات من لاعب لأخر لأي سبب كان وسيتم محاسبة المسؤولين عن طريق سحب
الممتلكات وتقليل نقاط الباند


DELETE THE CHARACTER | حذف الشخصية

The player's character will be deleted if it exceeds 22 days from the date of
his permanent ban, or if he does not enter the city for a period of 30 days, or
if he is executed or commits suicide inside the city.
يتم حذف شخصية اللاعب في حال تجاوزة 22 يوم من تاريخ حظره الدائم أو في حال عدم
دخوله للمدينه لفترة 30 يوم, او الاعدام او الانتحار داخل المدينه

   Exploit abuse (use and/or maliciously share information regarding exploits);
   Bug abuse (use and/or maliciously share information regarding bugs);
   DOX (post, or threaten to post, private or identifying information of another
   player);
   DDoS (actually, or threaten to, attack another player’s internet);
   Post malicious links and/or NSFW (with the purpose to advertise, scam, phish,
   grab IPs, scare, etc)
   Intentionally lag the server;
   Do not mini-bomb.


ADDITIONAL RULES

 * Do not throw more than 20 airdrops at a time;
   Do not layer your base with more than 3 compound walls;
   Do not use more than 5 sam sites in your base;
   Do not use more than 160 turret limits in your base;
   Do not wall off monuments;
   Do not spam foundations for no reason;
   You can wall off quarries.

   Homophobia;
   Excessive toxicity;
   Threats (to life, DDoS or DOX);
   Controversial statements;
   Malicious impersonation;
