The opening tune is the first verse of a Japanese children's song called "Inu No
Omawarisan" ("The Dog Policeman"). These sometimes contain bonus insects or
deadly alligators. The top of the screen contains five "frog homes". A brightly
colored female frog is sometimes on a log and may be carried for bonus points.
The player must avoid snakes, otters, and the open mouths of alligators. By
jumping on swiftly moving logs and the backs of turtles and alligators, the
player can guide the frog to safety. The upper part consists of a river with
logs, alligators, and turtles, all moving horizontally across the screen.

After the road, a median strip separates the two major parts of the screen. The
player must guide the frog between opposing lanes of traffic to avoid becoming
roadkill and losing a life. The frog starts at the bottom of the screen, which
contains a horizontal road occupied by speeding cars, trucks, and bulldozers.
Frogger is either single-player or two players alternating turns.

The player uses the 4-direction joystick to hop the frog once. The game starts
with three, five, or seven frogs, depending on the machine's settings. The
objective of the game is to guide a frog to each of the empty homes at the top
of the screen.

It entered popular culture, including television and music. By 2005, 20 million
copies of its various home video game incarnations had been sold worldwide. The
object of the game is to direct a series of frogs to their homes by crossing a
busy road and a hazardous river.įrogger was positively received as one of the
greatest video games ever made and followed by several clones and sequels. In
North America, it was released by Sega/Gremlin.

Frogger is a 1981 arcade action game developed by Konami and manufactured by

   acquired in Seasonal play and will not transfer to your non-seasonal
   character when the season ends.In addition, this process adds one of three
   new Sanctified powers unique to each class. Sanctifying an item reforges it
   to have perfect Ancient-level stats on all affixes while also preserving the

speedfarming alternative as you always have to rely on the Slow Time setup to
activate your damage bonuses and can't just start blasting right away like other
builds. Throwing Frozen Orbs into a tightly stacked pull of monsters feels great
while you get some supplementary damage from the shards flying in all
directions. The basic idea is to trap enemies inside your Slow Time bubble,
stack them up by kiting and the use of Black Hole or the Energy Twister +
Ranslor’s Folly combo and unleash devastating icy explosions onto them from the
right distance.Īlthough it is not really one of the fastest in movement, the
build's high damage makes it a great choice for pushing in solo Greater Rifts,
while the AoE coverage is decent for farming. While it’s not the best in very
fast speedfarming content such as Nephalem Rifts, it can be quite successful in
Greater Rifts farming and especially pushing. It's also possible to play this
build as a Legacy of Dreams version, which frees up one skill slot and allows to
include a lot of utility choices. Very few builds incorporate the fantasy of a
spell-slinging Wizard as well as this one. It’s quick, impactful and the
explosions are very satisfying when played correctly. While it can be used with
a variety of skills, one of the most popular ones is the iconic Arcane Orb
