Drs. Kristle Hill Ferguson and Nicholas Foster Ferguson provide over 1,000 hours
of safe sedation each year at Tennessee's Best Dental Office. For your
appointment request, contact us today at CreativeDentistry@SedateMe.com or
call (615) 321-0922. We specialize in Same-Day Full Mouth Rehabilitation,
including Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry, Crowns, Root Canals, and Clear Aligners
like SureSmile and Invisalign. Your dental health goals are our top priority. We
accept most insurances, including TennCare and DentaQuest, and offer flexible
financing options with no credit checks. We focus on Full Mouth Dentistry,
including Crowns, Implants, and Root Canal Therapy with IV sedation for patients
18 and older. 

Office Hours: are Monday to Thursday 7AM to 2PM.

appointment. 


Office Policy: Guests should call (615) 321-0922 upon arrival. Each guest may
bring one caregiver to the seat, but the caregiver must return to their vehicle
before dental therapy begins. We ensure compliance with office policies and
HIPAA laws.

Holiday Schedule: We will be closed during the holiday weeks of January 1st,
Juneteenth, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, as well as on Memorial Day
and Labor Day.

Weather Policy: If Nashville Davidson County schools are closed due to weather,
our office will likely be closed for the safety of our guests and staff.

Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy: Please give us 48 hours' notice if you
need to reschedule your appointment. Missing an appointment without notice will
result in a $75 fee, which cannot be billed to insurance and is your
responsibility. Future appointments cannot be scheduled, nor can records be
transferred, until this fee is paid. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late
without prior notice, it will also be considered a missed appointment, and the
$75 fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding.





No contract, flexible financing—set your budget and choose a 3, 6, or 9-month
payment plan.  

Here are some of the services we offer. New guests with insurance can expect a
copayment and service fees of $250 per appointment.

Comprehensive Sedation - $1,200 Per Hour

Blood Collection - $50 Per Visit

Sedation - $275 Nitrous or $500 IM Per 30 Min

Crowns & Veneers - $1,750 Per Tooth

Implants - $1,800 Non-Restored $3,500 Restored

Implant Bridge - $5,000 for 3 Crowns & 2 Implants

Mouth Guard - $350 to $750 For Bruxing

SureSmile Ortho - $5,500 Per Guest

Cleanings - Full Mouth $250 to $615 IM Sedation

SRP Cleanings - $750 Arch to $1,250 Full Mouth

Denture - $1,750 to $5,500 with 2 Anchors

Implant Denture - $9,000 to $10,500 w/ Sedation

RCT - $1,500 Front and $1,700 PreMolar

Extraction - $350 Per Tooth $750 Per Graft

Oxygen Boost - $100 for 5 Sessions at 20 minutes

IV Hydration Therapy - $450 for IV and Oxygen

Composite Fillings & Veneers - $250 Per Tooth

Teeth Whitening - $615 Per Treatment

Medical Clearance Required Prior To All Surgical and Sedation Services For Guest
