SET PERSONAL OPTIONS THAT AFFECT TRACKING AND SYNCHRONIZATION BETWEEN DYNAMICS
365 APPS AND OUTLOOK OR EXCHANGE

IN THIS ARTICLE

You can use the Set Personal Options dialog box in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for
Outlook or in Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement to set many options that
affect tracking and synchronization.

To open the Set Personal Options dialog box:

 * In Dynamics 365 for Outlook, on the File menu, click Dynamics 365 apps, and
   then click Options.
   
   -Or-

 * In Customer Engagement, click the Settings button in the upper-right corner
   of the screen, and then click Options.
   
   The following table summarizes the tracking and synchronization options
   available in the Set Personal Options dialog box. The Available column
   indicates whether the option is available in Dynamics 365 for Outlook,
   Customer Engagement, or both. This column also indicates if the option is
   available for Outlook synchronization, server-side synchronization (also
   known as “Exchange synchronization”), or both. More information: Frequently

Note

Some of the options on the Synchronization tab are available only if you’re
using CRM 2015 or later or if you’re using Customer Engagement.

synchronization filters used to determine the Customer Engagement records copied

you when you go offline.
