SUPER CLEAN, GREAT LOCATION, WONDERFUL BREAKFAST.
My family came to CLT for a night and decided to stay here. We were very
pleased with the friendliness with the staff, the location, cleanliness of
the rooms, and the hospitality of the restaurant hostess. Will come back

DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR WEDDING GUESTS
We chose the Westin for our daughter’s wedding. A block of rooms was
secured 6 months in advance. At the time the policy was to hand out welcome
bags for guests at check in. A few weeks before the wedding the policy
changed and was applied to our already booked block. The new policy
(purportedly to ensure all guests receive their bags) is to deliver gift
bags to rooms at $8 per bag. When I complained the rate was dropped to $5.
The real problem was that many guests booked using points or other booking
sites and therefore didn’t show up in my block. When I requested that a
partial guest list be compared with bookings to be sure I had enough gift
bags, I was told this was not possible. It seems to me that the policy is
designed to discourage gift bags for wedding guests or to profit from them,
not to ensure their distribution. It was extremely disappointing and
frustrating.

A HUGE THANK YOU TO THE NIGHT TEAM :)
I had an incident late Thursday night/early Friday morning, and the
security and desk team went above and beyond to ensure everyone was safe.
It was truly incredible to see their level of service and coordination. I
was so impressed and grateful to them!!! They are all true rockstars!!!

WESTIN REGISTRATION STAFF SPECIFICALLY FOR THE NAWDPYS 2022
My room was pleasant the heat did work, because it was needed, as Charlotte
was experiencing very cold weather for that time of year. If the pool was
open to hotel goers, the review would have been higher.

ROOMS ARE NOT CLEANED OR RESTOCKED NOT HONEST WITH YOU WHEN YOU CHECK IN
ABOUT CHARGES
Rooms are not cleaned or restocked often even when they tell you they just
cleaned your room. They charge your card on file when the tell you at check
in that they will not charge your card that it is just to keep on file.
