Eport Customers,

Beginning November 14, we are implementing a second step in the Eport portal
login process to enhance security: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). This
additional security measure helps protect your account and ensures compliance
with advanced security protocols. 

‌

Here's how it works:

 * Enter your credentials in the Eport login page as usual.
 * A One-Time Passcode will be immediately sent to you via email. Note: The
   one-time passcode is sent to your registered email address and will expire in
   15 minutes.
 * When prompted on the Eport login page, enter the one-time passcode that was
   sent to your email and click "VERIFY."
 * Congratulations! You are now able to access the Eport portal.

Please note that this short MFA process needs to be completed each time you log
in to the Eport portal.
