ABOUT US

Paradigm Transition Systems is a revolutionary program that addresses the urgent
issues of sobriety and job training for individuals transitioning from prison to
a halfway house. Our mission is to assist these individuals in overcoming their
obstacles and helping them to reintegrate into society as productive and
self-sufficient members.

Paradigm Transition Systems offers a unique and comprehensive program that
combines addiction recovery with specialized training in the construction
industry. By providing our clients with the necessary skills and support, we
hope to break the cycle of addiction, lower the rate of recidivism, and pave the
way to sustainable employment.


OUR ADVISORY BOARD IS A MAJOR CONTRIBUTOR TO THE UNIQUENESS OF OUR METHODOLOGY.

The board is composed of licensed counselors, social workers specializing in
addiction, PTSD, criminal behavior and trauma, case managers, security
technicians, construction and business educators, and a client advocate who
represents our clients’ current and future needs.



COMPREHENSIVE AND PRACTICAL CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY SKILLS.

Our program is designed to empower individuals transitioning from prison to a
halfway house with comprehensive and practical construction industry skills.
Through a combination of on-the-job training, apprenticeships, and business
acumen education, we intend to equip our clients to succeed in the construction
industry and beyond

RECIDIVISM REDUCTION

Our top priority is reducing recidivism rates by providing evidence-based
programs and services, including life skills development, job readiness
training, educational opportunities, counseling, and substance abuse treatment.

ADVANCING SOBRIETY

Our program addresses substance abuse, providing comprehensive support for
recovery through treatment programs, counseling, and support groups, aiming to
reduce relapse and promote long-term success.

OPPORTUNITIES FOR SUSTAINING EMPLOYMENT

Our goal is to offer clients sustainable employment opportunities through
partnerships with local businesses, vocational training, and mentoring programs.
This will help our clients achieve financial independence and positively impact
their communities, reducing recidivism rates.

CHANGING THE MODEL

Our program aims to provide housing for individuals with felony convictions,
reducing homelessness and unstable living conditions. We aim to create a
supportive environment that encourages personal development and community
integration. Our focus is on reducing recidivism rates, promoting sobriety, and
providing sustainable employment opportunities, aiming to create a society that
embraces second chances and success for individuals with criminal records.


OUR COMMITMENT

At Paradigm Transition Systems, we are committed to addressing addiction and
