I’M AN ACCOUNTANT AND DEVELOPER STUDENT BASED IN LATIN AMERICA.

Since 2007 I've worked helping companies to grow, providing accurate reports on
their day-to-day operations, managing economic and human resources, and helping
management with business decisions. I also enjoy studying programming, getting
to know HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js and ReactJS has become a passion.


ABOUT ME




EXPERIENCE AS ACCOUNTANT

I have been working in the field of Accounting since the age of 15. I graduated
as a Public Accountant in late 2014 at URBE and got my certification at the
Federation of Venezuelan Public Accountants. Likewise, I have gained experience
in various aspects of finance, including financial projections, balance
statements, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and audits.
Furthermore, I have worked for both private and public companies in Venezuela
and Perú. However, I have shifted my focus more towards e-commerce organizations
outside Latin America. My strongest expertise lies in financial reporting,
analysing income/costs relationships, and investments. Organizing, categorizing,
proposing, and implementing solutions in these areas are my specialities.

Additionally, I am a certified specialist in Microsoft Excel. The knowledge I
have acquired in this area has been incredibly valuable during my time in
Venezuela. Thanks to platforms like Fiverr, I was able to utilize these skills
effectively in my free time. Nowadays google sheets are more commonly used on my
daily operations, the fact that it can be easily shared between users and
provides a cloud service saving and history changes for free is amazing.

I am responsible for ensuring compliance with financial regulations and
procedures. My role includes evaluating financial statements, assessing internal
controls, and identifying areas for improvement. Additionally, I contribute to
the development and implementation of risk management strategies and provide
recommendations to enhance operational efficiency.

In the past, I've also leaded accounting departments, creating procedures from
scratch, and tailoring custom accounting needs to the companies in collaboration
with developers. My day-to-day activities usually include financial auditing,
profit and loss reporting, daily sales reports, and daily transaction
verification. I also have experience in human resources management, including
conducting interviews for new personnel, signing contracts, managing the current
staff, and coordinating training sessions and development programs.




MY PASSION AS A DEVELOPER STUDENT

I am incredibly passionate about development and constantly strive to expand my
knowledge and skills in this field. Currently, I am learning through the
platform Coderhouse, which has provided me with valuable resources and guidance,
I also have gained practical experience in building Discord bots, utilizing
languages such as JavaScript and Node.js, and also experience with front end
using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, it helped me to build from scratch an
e-commerce template, click here to see my final assignment of the course. I'm
recently finished a course about ReactJS, for a further enhancement of my front
end abilities, and working on a few projects to power up my back end knowledge.
These technologies have allowed me to create interactive and dynamic web
applications, enhancing user experiences and functionality. With each project, I
am driven to explore new possibilities and find innovative solutions to
challenges. I am eager to continue my learning journey and contribute to the
ever-evolving world of development.
