because you feel obligated. You’re not.

6/ I will treat you like family. I will represent you as if I am representing my
parents, siblings, nieces, nephews, I look after your interests because this is
just the beginning and I want you to feel that you can call upon my resources as
much in ten years and you can today. I want you to recommend me to your friends
and I want to take care of them in exactly the same way.

7/ I want you to think of The Englishman In Dallas whenever you need anything
real estate, automotive or travel related or perhaps you want a recipe for roast
beef and Yorkshire puddings.
