I have found the course, so far, to be very informative. I haven’t accessed
everything, but will in time. It has opened up more possibilities with DAK, and
with all the Knit It Now courses/videos it is presented in accessible chunks,
rather than rambling , which some online courses do. I have already recommended
it to a friend.

The course is going well. There is so much to learn I'm taking it slow. I really

The original pattern drafting course exceeded my expectations in so many ways. I
have learnt so much and my confidence has grown in leaps and bounds. I no longer
rely on books or magazines for patterns I use DAK to create my own shapes to get
a perfect fit. I loved the short videos that took me step by step through the
techniques that I had struggled with if i didn't understand at first it was easy
to rewind and watch again or pause the video while I tried the technique for
myself. I would recommend the course to anyone that wants to get the most out of
DAK. I'm already thinking about which course to do next ... Stitch designer is
definitely on my wish list

I have been using Dak for several years now and was fortunate enough to be able
to learn from Helen Koshak at Newtons Yarn Country. In spite of my experience
and work with Helen your Stitch Designer 201 was where I went to help create a
two color slip pattern that would download to my SK840. Your instructions were
clear and helped me understand why I needed a certain setting. Often the "why"
is as, or more, important than the "what". Thank you both.

I have been doing things the hard way in DAK for a few years now. This course
was an eye opener and I learned so much, the course exceeded my expectations.
The best part was learning about all the cut and sew options for color knitting.
I now have a new knowledge that will save me hours of fiddling about on top of
providing me so many more options to fully use the program. Thank you!

I am so very happy about what I learned taking this course. If I learned nothing
else but how to put darts into my garment construction and take advantage of
short row I would have been happy but I learned so many valuable lessons to
apply to my upcoming garments that I have been designing like crazy since
completing the class. I highly recommend having your DAK open and doing every
step along with the class versus just watching. Worth every penny.

for many years but never took the time to use it well. The course is so
complete. I imagine the information is available somewhere on the Soft Byte
