The ADP pricing structure is tailored to the individual needs of the business so
it’s not publicly listed. The price one brand is quoted would be different from
the price of another brand with a similar situation would be quoted. On average,
you’ll pay around $10/m/person but that can increase considerably depending on
your contract structure and add-ons.
ESSENTIAL
The entry-level plan gives you the tools you need to accurately run payroll and
stay compliant with the law. It includes reporting, direct deposit, W-2 & 1099
management, filing taxes, delivering payroll, time and attendance, employee
access, and onboarding.
ENHANCED
The Enhanced plan builds on top of the Essential plan with limited insurance
administration, check signing, background checks, workers compensation, and
retirement planning. You also get access to ZipRecruiter to improve your pool of

It offers services for the full spectrum of the recruitment process from

ADP’s pricing isn’t readily available and you’d have to talk to a sales rep
before you get an accurate quote. With that being said, it’s not overly

LENGTHY WAIT TO GET HELP - THROUGH CHAT, EMAIL OR PHONE.
We have been with ADP for about 5 years. In this time, they have gone from being
quick to respond and easy to get help, to waiting an hour and a half to speak
with someone, or an unhelpful virtual chat, or a day or so by email. If you
never have questions about your payroll, it's a good way to go. Online
processing is fairly simple and straight forward, but if you occasionally need
more help, I wouldn't recommend it.
