HOME AWAY FROM HOME AND IN CITY GETAWAY!
From the free parking on site to welcoming desk staff at check-in to the
included outstanding breakfasts to assistance every step of the way - we
felt at home and looked after. We stayed in the Atrium section and our room
overlooked the pool area with our room balcony reminding us of a resort
setting. We stayed for 8 nights and was perfect for our needs, well
situated in the city for where we wanted to be. (not a downtown hotel)
Highly recommend!

NICE ROOM, BAD SERVICE AND BAD FOOD.
Room was nice and clean, bed was nice and comfy. Things started to get bad
after that. Went to order room service and the wireless phone in room was
not working. Had to use personal cell in phone to call front desk and order
room service. I explained about the phone and they did not even acknowledge
what I said. Room service was a extra 5$ to be brought to my room and 10 to
15 min wait. 45 min later no food called room service on my cell phone and
the lady at the front desk said she would look into it. Few min later she
delivered it to the room personally. Upon looking at the order it was
incorrect food. Too tired and hungry we ate it. In the morning I asked for
a wake up call at 6:45 am when we checked in , the wake up call from the
front desk started ringing on the broken in room phone at 4:45 am. I again
used personal cell phone to call front desk to get it to stop and the lady
who answered was rude and asked me what she wanted her to do about it, I
replied stop calling. The calls continued so had to unplug the phone
physically to get it to stop. All in all the room was expensive and the
service was poop. Probably will not be back.
