Ureter identification is a critical and time consuming step in pelvic surgery

Identifying the ureter and mapping its pathway is a key step in ensuring a safe
pelvic operation, such as hysterectomy, endometriosis excision,
sacrocolpopexies, and colon resection, and many other common pelvic operations.

StimSite™ applies safe electrical stimulation to ureter smooth muscle - which
triggers visible movement on demand.

The surgeon can use StimSite™ to mimic natural physiological signals to elicit
the characteristic ureteral movement to help locate and identify ureters.
StimSite™ has been used in endometriosis cases, high BMI cases, and scarred
peritoneum settings. It has also been used for common procedures, like
laparoscopic or robotic hysterectomies where ureter identification is a key step
of the procedure.

Simple integration with your surgical team’s existing workflow

StimSite™ connects to existing bipolar surgical instruments in the OR.

It works with robotic platforms and bipolar arms.

StimSite™ smooth muscle stimulation system fits smartly in an electrosurgical
unit towers and integrates seamlessly for ease of use.
