User based pricing:

billed once per customer, on a specific channel, per month. With Monthly Active
Users (MAUs), a single customer can reach out to you an unlimited number of
times during a month on the same channel, with no additional charges. Please
note that there is a minimum monthly cost applicable.

It’s important to be aware that WhatsApp charges a fee per conversation, which
