VERIFIED LANDLORD PROFILES

All advertisers must provide a phone number, email address, and verify their
bank details. On top of that, to be awarded an ‘Excellent advertiser’ badge,
they must have successfully rented out on our platform in the past.




SAFE AND SOUND

You can be sure that the accommodation is as advertised. We hold on to the first
month’s rent and your deposit until 48 hours after your move-in. We also have
anti-fraud regulations, and, if the advertiser cancels, you get your money back.
