How I Can Help YOU’RE IN GOOD HANDS I’m Kristi, and since 2002, I’ve worked as an acupuncturist and a Board-certified herbalist in Seattle. My belief is that it can feel easy for you to do the things you love and for you to be at home in your body. Acupuncture and herbal medicine are great tools to help get you there. You can come see me for anything that’s bothering you–big or small: a nagging injury, support on the next step in your fertility journey, lack of energy, hot flashes, seasonal allergies, difficulty sleeping, or just because you’re feeling “off.” And whether you’re at the top of your game or looking to treat a particular problem, I have the skills, experience and expertise to help you move through life with resiliency and vitality.
