January 1 opens 365 days for you to take time to take care of YOU! This month highlights Mental Health Wellness month. Mental wellness is defined by the World Health Organization as “a state of well-being" in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community (Integrative Life Center, N.D). Well-Being Coaching Guidance Resources offers Well-Being Coaching which can be easily accessed by calling 844-216-8709. Well-Being Coaching offers unlimited access to health coaches ready to help employees overcome challenges to their mental health, physical health, and well-being. Certified personal coaches work one-on-one with you to reduce roadblocks and risks, addressing issues before they evolve into problems.
