January: Welcome to 2024!

As we close the door on 2023, its beneficial to reflect on all that you
accomplished in 2023! January 1 opens 365 days for you to take time to take care
of YOU! This month highlights Mental Health Wellness month. Mental wellness is
defined by the World Health Organization as “a state of well-being" in which the
individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses
of life, can work productively, and is able to make a contribution to his or her
community (Integrative Life Center, N.D).

Well-Being Coaching

Guidance Resources offers Well-Being Coaching which can be easily accessed by
calling 844-216-8709. Well-Being Coaching offers unlimited access to health
coaches ready to help employees overcome challenges to their mental health,
physical health, and well-being.

Certified personal coaches work one-on-one with you to reduce roadblocks and
risks, addressing issues before they evolve into problems.

Coaching topics cover a wide variety of socio-emotional issues, including
burnout, stress, resiliency, time management, self-esteem, motivation, exercise,
nutrition, weight management, sleep, back care, tobacco cessation, and much
more.
