Welcome to The After! We’re a 21+ post-apocalyptic, soft sci-fi horror rp set in
the 41st century. Most of the existing land on Earth is infested by a deadly
spore spreading fungus, as well as monstrous creatures thought to have
originated from another world. Weather patterns also fluctuate wildly, teetering
between vicious storms and sweltering heat. Needless to say, living conditions
on Earth are extreme, but humanity has a way of persisting whether or not
they’ve learned from history.

transformed into a state of the art transport station and visitor center. Taking
full advantage of vertical space, the cliff face of the Outpost is utilized by
shops meant to lure travelers with specialty goods only produced in the Under.
Come enjoy a cup of tea overlooking the canyon below before catching the next
sky bus back to Everblue, or perhaps take an express pod that takes you down to

Grand’s shallower waters. There is a relaxed, hospitable vibe around the port as
it is mostly home to traders, artists, expert artisans, and abyssian transplants
or exiles. Certainly it helps that this area is always warm and very rarely sees
storms as intense as those that descend other parts of the Pacific Grand.
Paddleport is a welcome reprieve for life on the surface, a typically safe
resting place on any traveler’s journey. Perhaps even the ultimate destination.

Or "The Edge", is a home base for pirates along the equator. Might has the right
to rule in this lawless stretch of sea littered with floating attractions,
rafts, and debris. Reputation and honor (or lack there of) are the most valuable
currency among the pirates of the Grand. Here you will find taverns, brothels,
black markets, ship makers and ship repair shops, as well as those that deal in
illicit transport. There is no end to the bounties put out on other pirates'
heads, so stop by if you're lucking for a quick payday, but keep your head low
if you don't want to see your face plastered on every inch of dry surface.

What is the vast Pacific ocean at large. Prone to violent storms throughout the
year; home to various fleets, and solo sailors. Where the rules are to mind your
own business or stick your nose in everything at your own risk. It is where you
will hear of The Bloop, where sonar have detected something strange over a large
stretch of ocean, made off limits for obvious reasons.

Abyssopolis
At a distance, the Abyssopolis outsiders see poking out from above the water
surface appears to be a fleet of massive steel ships, unsettlingly motionless.
In reality, these seemingly stagnant “ships” are merely the visible fraction of
a city submerged deep under the ocean. These are people used to cold and
merciless, thrashing waves; to the weight of water. Abyssites are a culmination
of hard lessons, reflected in their attention to detail, feats of engineering
and even their isolation from the rest of the after-world. It’s no wonder why
everyone wants to know what secrets they hold beyond impressive machinery.

Paddleport
A large community of boathouses and buildings built on strong foundations in the
Grand’s shallower waters. There is a relaxed, hospitable vibe around the port as
it is mostly home to traders, artists, expert artisans, and abyssian transplants
or exiles. Certainly it helps that this area is always warm and very rarely sees
storms as intense as those that descend other parts of the Pacific Grand.
Paddleport is a welcome reprieve for life on the surface, a typically safe
resting place on any traveler’s journey. Perhaps even the ultimate destination.
