How does it work?
Simply select the “ship to store” option in the checkout and select your store.
We’ll send you an email when your order has shipped to the store and an email
when it has arrived in the store and is ready for pickup. Your order can be
picked up with any store associate. You have two weeks from the delivery date to
pick up your order.
What if I prefer curbside pick-up?
We’ll send you an email when your order is ready and you can call us at the
number listed in your email to pick up your order.
When will my order be ready for pick up?
You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Typically, your
order will be ready for pickup 2-5 days after shipment from our warehouse.
How long will you hold my order?
We will hold your order for 2 weeks from the delivery date to the store.
What happens if I don’t pick up my order on time?
If your order is not picked up within 2 weeks of the delivery date, it will be
returned to our warehouse and your order will be refunded.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes. In checkout, you will be asked to provide the name and contact information
of the person picking up the order, and this can be anyone you choose. If you
need to make a change to this after the order has been placed, please contact
the store to have the person designated for pickup changed.
Where do I go to pick up my order?
You can go directly to the cash register area in the store or ask any store
associate for assistance.
Can I select certain items to pick up and have others shipped?
No. To do a split shipment, you will need to place a separate order for the
ship-to-store order and the order you wish to have shipped.
Can I cancel my order pickup?
If the order has not yet shipped from our warehouse to the store, you may be
able to cancel the order. Please contact us at 800-240-7076 to speak with a
Style & Service Specialist.
Can I return pick-up items in the store?
Yes, you may return any item purchased from Soft Surroundings in any store.
