This week is going to be freezing here in Pennsylvania. Some people have the
thought that their dog or cat will be fine out because they have fur, that
simply is not true. Please keep them indoors. I found this graphic about if you
find an animal out in this weather.
If you want to help with any strays in your area, you can make an outdoor
shelter. Here are some tutorials. They say not to use blankets but use straw.
