GAA Holding is combining various businesses, each of them a market leader in its
segment. GAA Holding has been a oldest 30 year player in the Georgian market.

The holding has several strategic directions, including business consultancy,
marketing, advertising and media communications, printing and production,
automobile business, the latter represented by international players such as
McCann Worldwide in Georgia and Armenia.

SENA Auto Group, founded in 2006, provides individual and corporate customers
with a full range of vehicle services. Its passenger and commercial vehicles,
electric cars, ATV, UTV, premium quality oils, and lubricants and original spare
parts are available at service centers throughout Georgia (Honda, JAC Motors,
SsangYong Motors, SUBARU, ENOC, CMC Motors).

News portal.  STV video/audio and digital production, works well through both
traditional and digital channels.

Kedi/Momentum is events marketing agency and ADSS Print is professional, highly
experienced teams create and manage a full range of digital print and OOH
production solutions.

Eco Drive imports Electric transport, Energy saving products the complete energy
saving solution provider:  Solar Lights and Panels, Free Cool Solutions, Light
Sensors, Interactive Digital Displays

certified Service Center in Georgia.

becomes the exclusive distributor of «JAC Motors» in Georgia and Armenia






2016







 * SENA AUTO manages a new service: “TAXI SENA” and “JUST TAXI” for corporate
   clients and private and government organizations.
 * SENA AUTO becomes the official distributor of the first full Electric Cars in
   Georgia
 * ADSS Print, McCann Tbilisi, SENA AUTO acquire the quality standard
   certifications ISO 9001:2008
