2. Invite people to provide feedback for you

Inviting feedback from a range of people you work with regularly (manager,
peers/others and team) leads to an insightful 360-degree report. And for a full
report, you’ll need completed feedback from at least 1 manager, 3 peers, and 3
direct reports, plus a completed self-survey.

So nominate more than this minimum so you give yourself the best chance of
getting enough feedback.



Ask:

 * At least one line manager. And up to a maximum of 3. If you nominate more
   than one manager, you won’t be able to see their individual feedback, as
   their scores will be averaged together.
 * At least three peers. Colleagues at a similar level to you in your team or
   across Sky. If there are other internal or external stakeholders or customers
   you work closely with, you can invite these too.
 * At least three direct reports. This includes all those reporting to you
   directly plus people whose work you influence that are more junior to you in
   the business. If you really don’t have any direct reports to nominate, it
   will mean your report will be missing data from this category.
 * In total. A maximum of 30 people in total across these three categories.

IMPORTANT:

As soon as you select ‘Send’ everyone will receive an email inviting them to
complete a feedback survey so it’s a good idea to let them know you’d like them
to do this first It will show as ‘sent’ until they’ve completed the survey. At
which point, it will show as ‘replied’.

3. Complete your own self-report.

Once you have submitted your nominations, the link for your own self-report
survey will appear. It should take around 10 mins to do.

A couple of tips

 * We find explaining to people in person why their feedback is important to you
   means they’ll be more likely to respond to the survey request.
 * You can come back to this page at any time to check how everyone is doing or
   amend their details.
