 * Clifford Chance opens applications for its £50,000 Sustainable Development
   Goals Award, targeting educational projects
   This year, the award is focusing on SDG 4, which is to ensure inclusive and
   equitable quality education, and to promote lifelong learning opportunities
   for all. The award is open to Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) and
   educational institutions around the world, including schools and
   universities, whose work is aligned with SDG 4.
 * Clifford Chance adds Funds and Investment Management partner Liyong Xing in
   Hong Kong
   Liyong brings significant experience advising global and Asian fund sponsors
   on the structuring, formation and governance of private investment funds
   across a variety of strategies, including venture capital, growth capital,
   buyout, real estate, infrastructure, secondaries and co-investment.
 * Clifford Chance appoints Charles Alberts to newly created role of Global Head
   of Wellbeing and Employee Experience
   The appointment will drive forward the recently implemented global People and
   talent strategy, developed by the firm's Chief People Officer, Grant Eldred.
   Charles will work closely with Grant, and the firm's Global Partner for
   Talent, Chinwe Odimba-Chapman. The role's responsibilities include creating
   and delivering Clifford Chance's first global wellbeing strategy.
 * Clifford Chance advises Cinven and Novo Holdings on the €2.8 billion sale of
   international air cargo business Envirotainer to EQT and Mubadala
   Clifford Chance has advised global private equity firm Cinven and co investor
   Novo Holdings on the disposal of Envirotainer to EQT and Mubadala.
   Headquartered in Sweden, Envirotainer is a global provider of
   temperature-controlled air cargo containers for the global pharmaceutical
   supply chain.
