What age groups is Hero Journey Club suitable for?


Hero Journey Club is designed for children aged 10 to 17. We organize our groups
into relatable age ranges so members can connect with each other and share
similar advice. This helps the group grow together.

We are actively working on launching programming for children 8-9; join our
waitlist here.

What platforms do you support?


Hero Journey Club currently supports: PC, Mac, and Tablet.

We are actively working on launching support for Switch, PlayStation, XBOX, and
mobile; join our waitlist here.

Can my child’s gaming session be scheduled around our availability?


We strive to offer many time slots to accommodate busy schedules filled with
school, activities, and events. We continue to add new time slots as
availability allows. While we can't offer unlimited time slots, we prioritize
maintaining an ideal group size and ensuring personalized attention by not
oversubscribing our sought-after facilitators.

What kind of progress can I expect to see in my child?


At Hero Journey Club, our focus is on developing valuable life skills and
enhancing mental health skills. Through our specially designed curriculum, you
can expect your child to develop improved communication, resilience, and
emotional intelligence, among other benefits. We regularly update parents on
their child’s progress and the skills they are working on.

Are there any long-term commitments or contracts?


Hero Journey Club operates on a subscription basis, billed weekly. We also offer
a money-back guarantee on your first session. If you find it's not a fit for
your child after the first session, we will refund you for that session, no
questions asked. You can cancel at any time through our website or by emailing
support@herojourney.club. There are no long-term contracts or commitments
required to participate.
