UPCOMING IMPROVEMENTS IN THE INITIAL S-USER ONBOARDING PROCESS



SAP has found that there are many cases where the first S-user is not correctly
identified and the post-sale experience has extra, time consuming steps.

SAP is changing this process to allow customers to securely self-select the
S-user administrator. Instead of creating an initial S-user, SAP will provide a
User Onboarding Token that can be used by the customer on a secure website to
pick the initial S-user administrator.

UPDATE ON SAP UNIVERSAL ID – YOUR ONE IDENTITY FOR LIFE!



SAP Universal ID is a single unified account across SAP sites that puts the user
in control by linking all existing company associations (S-user IDs) and
provides the ability to switch seamlessly between them as needed.

By the beginning of 2023, users will need to link all new and existing S-users
to an SAP Universal ID so that there will be no stand-alone S-users.

SAP Universal ID creation is easy: Three steps, two minutes, done!

REAL-TIME SUPPORT: ALWAYS-ON SERVICE AT YOUR FINGERTIPS



It has been 7 years since the launch of our Next-Generation Support campaign,
which largely marketed our support services. Since we have reached the next
generation of support, we are due for a name change.

Starting now, our support services will no longer be referred to as “next
generation”. Instead, we have renamed our support services to Real-Time Support.

This name reflects the approach to provide customers with real-time “always on”
customer care through a variety of services and channels, including chats, web
sessions, self-service options, mobile, social media and more.

ADJUSTMENT OF SAP SUPPORT FEES



Today's environment of high inflation rates reflected across regional price
indices is broadly impacting companies around the globe. SAP has therefore
decided to adjust the support fee for existing support agreements for SAP
Standard Support, SAP Enterprise Support, and SAP Product Support for Large
Enterprises, based on the respective local Consumer Price Index (CPI).

The terms of our agreements allow for an annual adjustment of the support fee
after the initial term and first renewal term. Consistent with the terms of our
agreements, SAP will increase the annual support fee for the aforementioned SAP
support agreements by a maximum of 3.3% (or the local CPI rate, if lower),
effective January 1, 2023. The increase does not represent an increase in list
prices for SAP support offerings for new purchases of software. Read the full
