THE CALL A BIKE SERVICE FEES


RETURN TO SERVICE FEES AS OF NOVEMBER 14, 2022



Our bikesharing bikes were affected by vandalism at the start of the bike season
2022, and we could not offer you our full service throughout the year.
Therefore, service fees for parking bikes outside of stations have been
partially waived for you.

Our Call a Bikes are back on the road. If you park your bike outside the
stations, we will charge a service fee again as of November 14, 2022.


BERLIN: RETURN OF BIKES AT STATIONS ONLY

A new street law has been in effect in Berlin since September 1, 2022.
Therefore, we are adapting the Call a Bike system in Berlin. In the future,
please return bikes in Berlin only at stations that are displayed in the app.
You can recognize a station by the red pin.

Important: There are no more flex zones in Berlin!

TIPS FOR PROPER PARKING

 * If possible, always return your Call a Bike to a station. Only at stations is
   the return free of charge.
 * Check the app to make sure you are parked at a station.
 * In addition, the bike lock flashes orange to indicate whether you have to pay
   service fees for parking at the current location.
 * Always park your bike in such a way that it does not obstruct other road
   users.
