to the mountains for a long time and when my wife was offered the opportunity to

Tennessee. What is often not talked about in selling a home is just how much
stress is involved, how much work it actually takes, and how exhausting that
process can be; and on top of all that, we were simultaneously trying to
purchase a home in another state 700 miles away. It takes two separate major
transactions, and when you cant afford to pay cash for the purchase, you rely
completely on the sale of your first home to finance the other. We balled up a
lot of stressful things into one complete and potentially disastrous package.
There was a ton of work to do to prepare the house for pictures, open house, and
showings. There was a lot of business type things to sort through that we hadn't
really ever considered, and on top of all that we had to shop for a home in
Tennessee and find a realtor there... I cannot begin to emphasize just how much
less of a headache this whole process was with Ben helping us through it all.
Ben helped us to list and sell our home in Florida, sure, that's the job we
hired him for, but Ben also helped us to purchase our home in TN by kind of
walking us through what needed to be done, staying in constant contact with our
TN realtor, our mortgage lender, the title company, and probably others (I'm not
sure, its a TON of work that requires a lot of communication with several people
handling many facets of the process). Ben was also able to assuage a lot of our
stress and calm much of our anxiety by explaining things we didn't understand
and by just being a genuine and caring person. I cannot recommend Ben enough,
having worked along side him in the industry, and now having been his client.
Ben is both an amazing realtor and an amazing person as well. Thanks for all
