Why does Divvy collect personal information on cardholders? How does Divvy use
this data?

We understand it is important to be cautious about how you share your personal
information online.



Financial institutions are regulated by Federal, State, and Local governments.
Divvy collects personal user information for a number of important reasons,
including but not limited to compliance with applicable laws and/or requirements
for such institutions. Authorized Representatives, as defined in the Cardholder
Agreement of Divvy are required to provide personally-identifying information
(PII) for compliance purposes. In addition, Divvy may conduct certain compliance
checks on account holders through the use of personal information, such as date
of birth.
