<p><strong>The Work You'll Do</strong></p>
<p>The Sovos Information Security Analyst II is tasked with security systems administration and implementation and the investigations and review of system alerts, logs, and reports. This member of the Information
Security Team will also assist with the architectural design, planning, and implementation of enterprise operational defenses against security breaches and vulnerabilities. This individual is additionally responsible for
maintaining and extending the existing suite of defenses, and assisting in the creation and maintenance of information security policies, standards, and procedures in concurrence with industry best practices. The
Information Security Analyst II will also participate as a member of the Sovos Security Incident Response Team (SIRT) to identify and resolve potential security incidents. </p>

<p><strong>More Specifically, You Will</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Deploy, tune and optimize security systems, including: encryption key management, web and e-mail gateways, data loss prevention, CASB, centralized logging, IDS, application vulnerability scanning, vulnerability
management, and virtualization platforms.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Conduct research and design on new security technologies / implementations and existing architectures.</li>
<li>Perform system administration for data center-based production and test systems in conjunction with Global System Administration team.</li>
<li>Review system alerts and perform investigations into the nature of the alerts</li>
<li>Review system logs and reports for interesting behaviors and unusual trends which may indicate compromise.</li>
<li>Implement system and device hardening standards</li>
<li>Participate as a member of the Information Security team in developing and maintaining organization’s security strategies.</li>
<li>Assist in third-party vendor management and oversight.</li>
<li>Perform security validation of hosted environments during build-out / deployment.</li>
<li>Participate in Incident Response investigations as a member of the CIRT</li>
</ul>

<li>4-6 years’ experience working in an IT environment</li>
<li>Familiarity with development of SaaS applications and n-tier architectures.</li>
<li>Excellent understanding of computer systems characteristics, features, and integration capabilities.</li>

<li>Ability to produce clean, concise diagrams and documentation.</li>

Click Here Continue View All Jobs INFORMATION SECURITY ANALYST III * BR - São Paulo * IT * * 577871 Apply Share * Twitter * LinkedIn * Facebook * E-Mail * Get Link -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Work You'll Do The Sovos Information Security Analyst II is tasked with security systems administration and implementation and the investigations and review of system alerts, logs, and reports. This member of the Information Security Team will also assist with the architectural design, planning, and implementation of enterprise operational defenses against security breaches and vulnerabilities. This individual is additionally responsible for maintaining and extending the existing suite of defenses, and assisting in the creation and maintenance of information security policies, standards, and procedures in concurrence with industry best practices. The Information Security Analyst II will also participate as a member of the Sovos Security Incident Response Team (SIRT) to identify and resolve potential security incidents. More Specifically, You Will * Deploy, tune and optimize security systems, including: encryption key management, web and e-mail gateways, data loss prevention, CASB, centralized logging, IDS, application vulnerability scanning, vulnerability management, and virtualization platforms. * Conduct research and design on new security technologies / implementations and existing architectures. * Perform system administration for data center-based production and test systems in conjunction with Global System Administration team. * Review system alerts and perform investigations into the nature of the alerts * Review system logs and reports for interesting behaviors and unusual trends which may indicate compromise. * Implement system and device hardening standards * Participate as a member of the Information Security team in developing and maintaining organization’s security strategies. * Assist in third-party vendor management and oversight. * Perform security validation of hosted environments during build-out / deployment. * Participate in Incident Response investigations as a member of the CIRT What We Need From You * 4-6 years’ experience working in an IT environment * Familiarity with development of SaaS applications and n-tier architectures. * Excellent understanding of computer systems characteristics, features, and integration capabilities. * Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to produce clean, concise diagrams and documentation.
