 * D3DService animation phase added.
 * Fixed D3DService icon transparency and icons fading out beyond a certain
   distance.

 * Fixed crash when minimizing AC while Decal view rendering is enabled.

 * Fixed several ways you could get the Decal bar to end up off the edge of the
   screen.
 * Added hooks to get and adjust the new UI locations.
