About us

Our core competencies are complex steel structures for Offshore Oil & Gas,
Renewables, Infrastructure and Industrial projects.

In 2020, as part of our development program supported by our parent company BLRT
Grupp, we have opened the doors on a brand new welding, machining and painting
facilities from where we will deliver large fabrication projects for North Sea
and beyond.

We manufacture as per NORSOK, DNV GL, ABS and BV requirements.

QHSE

Health, Safety & Environmental policy Statement is our top priority for Safety
and Health of our employees.

Safety induction training is performed for anyone coming to MOC production
workshops.

QHSE Department is QHSE Manager, HSE Engineer, Metrology Engineer and 3 QC
inspectors (VT2).

 * Quality planning, ITP and HSE plan are in accordance with project specific
   requirements.
 * Regular customer audits
 * QMS procedures cover most of the general quality requirements. Project
   operational procedures are created for project specific scope and needs.
 * Quality and HSE requirements are communicated to subcontractors (if any) and
   included in their procedures for the project.
 * Internal/external NCR register includes all activities and improvements taken
   to raise quality level and avoid recurrence.
